Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately, we do not have a catalogue. However our wide range of products, along with all the appropriate information can be found on our website.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your login password, you can go to the Login Page and click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions given.
How safe is it to shop/pay online in your website?

All electronic payments are made on our banking partner’s website, which makes use of 128-bit encryption and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This ensures all information that you provide are securely transferred between the bank’s server and your browser.

Can I return a product?

All products may be returned within 14 days for a refund, if a few conditions are met. Please refer to our Returns Policy in the Terms & Conditions page to learn about these conditions.
Do you charge anything in addition to the displayed price, such as Value Added Tax or Octroi and Import duties (only for International Deliveries)?

The prices displayed in the product pages are inclusive of Value Added Tax.

In case of deliveries to the State of Maharashtra, Octroi of 2% will be charged on the Invoice value.

For International shipments, all our rates exclude any local taxes, duties and surcharges that may be imposed according to local regulations.




What is the purity of gold you sell?

We sell jewelry made using either 22 carat or 18 carat gold. Majority of our jewelry is available in 22 carat gold. The purity of the jewelry is mentioned along with the product descriptions in the respective product pages.
What is the clarity and colour of the diamonds you sell?

All of our diamonds are a minimum of Colour H and Clarity VVS1. The products that come with a certificate will verify that particular diamond and they often come higher graded than our minimum.
Are your products hallmarked?

All our products are hallmarked. For more information on hallmarking please refer to our Jewelry Information section.
Will the diamond jewelry come with a certificate?

All our diamond jewelry will accompany a certificate of authenticity.
Can you engrave on your jewellery?

We are very sorry, we cannot arrange engraving on our jewelery but in case of silver articles we can arrange engraving on special requests.




How to check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into the My Accounts section.
How should I contact you for queries regarding my order?

For all queries regarding orders you can send an email to sales@ansjewelry.com mentioning your order confirmation number or you can give us a call at the following numbers (+91) 427 2440703, 2440704. Our working hours is 10 am to 8 pm (Indian Standard Time). We are closed on Tuesdays.
Can I change the order I already confirmed?

No, you cannot change the order you have already confirmed, however you may cancel the order. Kindly go through our Cancellation Policy before you decide to cancel the order.
Can I cancel the order I have confirmed?

You may cancel the order you have confirmed within 7 days of order confirmation. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy in the Terms & Conditions page.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order confirmation email from you?

Generally, you will receive a confirmation email for your order within 24 hours time, except in case of any technical difficulties.

Another reason for you to not receive the confirmation email is if the email address provided to us was incorrect. In such a case you can amend the email address in you’re My Accounts section.




How do I make a payment on your website?

You can pay either by credit card or debit card. All our online booking pages are secure using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which encodes all your personal information so that it is accessible to only you and us. We will use your information to ensure all documents are issued correctly and payments are secure.
What are the various methods of payment available with you?

Credit Cards - Visa & Mastercard only

Demand Drafts – the drafts are to be drawn in favour of M/s. ANS Jewelry payable at Salem, Tamil Nadu and sent to the below address:

Alternately, you can do a remittance by electronic fund transfer to our bank account. The details to do a transfer would be provided on contacting Customer Care.
Can I use a Non-Indian credit card to pay on your website?

Yes, you can use a Non-Indian credit card to pay on our website. You can use only Visa or Mastercard to pay in our website.




How long will it take to deliver the products?

Shipping period for any product is given in the respective product information pages. Generally the delivery period would be within 30 to 45 days. We will keep you informed as to when it will be delivered to you within this time frame.
How will you send/deliver the products?

For deliveries within India, shipping will be through Blue-Dart. Shipping to any location out of India, will be carried out through the company UPS. Once the goods are dispatched, an email will be sent having the tracking number of the shipment.
Can you deliver to an address outside India?

Can I change my shipping address after confirming the order?

The shipping address cannot be changed after confirming your order. However you can alter the address before you click on the “Proceed to Payment” button during the checkout process.
