Where is ANS jewelry crafted?
Crafting each design depends on the workmanship and the skill required to achieve the final design. We have local artisans and artisans from metro cities like Coimbatore, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru to small towns and villages near Jaipur and other parts of the country; depending on the skill requirement, we will hand-pick the artisan talent required accordingly.
Do you offer both ready-made and bespoke jewelry?
Yes, we do offer both.
Are your designs handcrafted or machine-made?
It depends on the design and skill required to achieve the required designs.
How do you ensure quality and finishing?
We have a team in house to do strict quality checks on the jewelry that comes to us. The quality is ensured by the hallmarking we do, our diamonds are graded by international standards laboratories as well as inspected by our in-house teams as well.
What is the process for creating bespoke jewelry?
Contact us, we believe that when it comes to bespoke we have to have the personal customer touch to give the best result.
Can I customize an existing ANS jewelry design?
Yes you can depending on the design again.
How long does a bespoke order take?
It depends on the design, certain designs can be done in a week's time, if it requires detailed workmanship, requires to be finished by multiple artisans, then it definitely takes a month’s time.
Can I request specific gemstones or design techniques?
Yes definitely.
Are prices subject to change based on gold rates?
Yes, also, if it is an order basis the customer can contact us to lock on the gold rates
Do you offer jewelry cleaning and repair services?
Yes we do, they have to come here to hand over the jewelry to us.
Are after-sales services chargeable?
Yes it is on a charge basis.
How should I care for my ANS jewelry?
do not apply perfumes or lotions after adorning your jewelry, store kundan and polki in a white cotton cloth wrapped and placed inside a plastic box or jewelry specific boxes available online. Not every jewelry is for everyday usage. (other general points, that can be found on the internet)
Can jewelry be resized or altered?
Depends on the jewelry and the design.
Does ANS jewelry provide authenticity certificates?
Yes, for gold you get hallmarked engraved on the jewelry For diamonds we give an international laboratory certificate For platinum we give an international authenticity certificate
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Yes, all our diamonds are certified, our solitaires are GIA certified. Gemstones will be certified on request from the customer on additional charges (if required)
Do you offer BIS hallmarked gold jewelry?
Yes
What is your return or exchange policy?
We take old jewelry for exchange and it will be taken at the market rate of gold, the jewelry for exchange has to be handed over to us by the customer at our store. For any other queries the customer has to contact us.
Can customised or bespoke jewelry be returned?
No, if there is a fault on our side we will look into it for sure, the customer has to contact us immediately for any concerns.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, once they contact us, we can definitely do virtual consultations.
